PELAGIA YACHTING
PELAGIA YACHTING is the result of a partnership between two individuals who are passionate about the sea and the world of sailing. On one side, an officer and captain on ships ranging from 20 to 50 metres for 12 years, and on the other, a navigator and director of Arthaud Yachting, a renowned company in the world of yacht chartering and nautical events. Perfectly located between Monaco and Saint Tropez, Cannes is the ideal place to host a yacht sales, rental, management and maintenance company.
In a warm, comforting and refined setting reminiscent of the interior of a superyacht, Pelagia Yachting inaugurated its new office in 2024. You can now meet our entire team at Port Canto in Cannes to discuss your short- and long-term yachting projects. We look forward to assisting and advising you in our areas of expertise, including management, logistics, sales, construction, charter management and much more… Our in-depth knowledge of the market will help you find the best motor or sailing yacht between 12 and 50 metres in length.

Having not followed a traditional career path, we do not consider ourselves to be mere ‘boat salespeople and managers’. HUGO PRAT
Co-Founder
From a very young age, the sea has always been Hugo’s great passion. At the age of 10, he started sailing competitively on board dinghies and monohulls, before deciding to specialise in the nautical industry at the age of 18.
In 2009, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in this field and started working for a well-known charter company in Cannes.
In 2011, he joined Arthaud Yachting as marketing director, before becoming CEO in 2016. With his strong industry experience and excellent network in the yachting world, Hugo is a valuable asset to represent your yacht.

QUENTIN
Co-Founder
After having been at sea for the last 12 years in officer and captain positions on yachts from 20m to 50m with a significant longevity in this industry. I have been able to share in the projects of several ship owners, each with a different knowledge or expectation but all with a common goal.
I had the opportunity to follow 3 important refits in Italy and France as well as the construction / acceptance and delivery of a 47m commercial yacht in the Antalya region in Turkey.
In a desire to change and to accompany other shipowners in their yachting experience I had the opportunity to create with Hugo the manager of ARTHAUD YACHTING, a company recognized in the world of nautical events and charter (MYBA member).

TOM VANDEL
Office Manager
Originally from Grenoble in the Alps, Tom grew up on the slopes and was a top-level athlete in Alpine Skiing. In 2017, after a long career at an international level, he stopped after his college graduation in the USA where he obtained a bachelor degree & competed at university level. He continued to travel & study abroad in Brazil & China during his Master degree at SKEMA. Destined to work in the hospitality industry following his education, Tom had to change industry due to COVID-19 and putting a foot into the yachting industry was the obvious choice. Passionate about water activities, sailing, the luxury industry & overall keen on the French Riviera’s climate & lifestyle, he has gained valuable knowledge since. He started as a charter broker, then moved into selling electric surfboards. Bilingual in English, enthusiast, and detail oriented, he makes sure the job gets done on time and that you will have a memorable experience on board. He happily joins the Pelagia Yachting in 2024 as the office manager of the new office based in Port Canto.

Kristine Ribaud
Assistant Fleet Manager
Kristine, our Assistant Fleet Manager, is a key member of our team at Pelagia Yachting. She is responsible for our luxury yacht fleet to ensure safety and quality of service for our clients. With her experience and in-depth knowledge of the yachting world, she is able to effectively manage the maintenance needs of the vessels and ensure they are in top condition for our various clients. She works closely with our Fleet Manager to ensure optimal management of our yacht fleet.

LOIC MILCENT
Day Charter Specialist
Originally from Cannes, Loïc grew up with his feet in the water, developing a passion for the sea and boats from an early age. An adventurer at heart, he explored the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean aboard a sailing boat, discovering the wild coasts of Corsica and the enchanting landscapes of the island of Elba in Italy. His love of boating naturally turned into a desire to work in the world of yachting. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the region and his eye for detail, Loïc will be able to advise and support you in creating unique, tailor-made experiences at sea.

CAROLINE PLASSIT
Accountant
Caroline is our accountant at Pelagia Yachting. She is responsible for the financial management of the company, ensuring that the finances are managed in an efficient and professional manner. She is in charge of accounts management, invoicing, cost accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation. Her extensive expertise in accounting and financial management is an asset to the company, ensuring that finances are well managed and key indicators for decision making are monitored. She is a key member of our team to ensure the sustainability of the business.

Thibault Lehembre
Fleet Manager
Originally from Lille, Thibault grew up in a sporting environment and played volleyball at a high level before obtaining his qualifications in the nautical world. Passionate about sport and always in good spirits, he is meticulous in every detail and highly organised, which has enabled him to gradually climb the ladder in the maritime world.
From deckhand on numerous yachts over 50 metres long to his captain’s certification, he is a safe bet for comfort on board and the well-being of guests. Bilingual, it is with great motivation and a desire to succeed in this new position that he has taken on the challenge of staying ashore rather than embarking on a yacht.

THOMAS AUTHIER
SEO & Webmaster
Thomas is the Swiss Army knife of the Internet, the geek of our team. Enthusiastic and hardworking, Thomas is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University. He is responsible for managing and optimising the company’s website to ensure an effective online presence and maximum visibility. He enjoys working in fast-paced environments such as the yachting industry, and helping businesses to make more revenue by deploying advanced SEO techniques. His company: YES!Design
Thomas is also passionate about sailing. He sailed to the Greek islands and crossed the Atlantic in 2017 on a Centurion 45S – a sailing boat from the Wauquiez shipyard. One of the best and worst experiences of his life! Go and ask him!
